Water Ecaflip, healing or water damage?

Water Ecaflip, healing or water damage? Somebody told me that it's better to wear healing boosting equipments to increase Water Ecaflip's damage output since 4 out of 5 of its spells have description of "stealing HP" meaning dealing as much damage as they heal you. Although there's still some difference between the damage dealt and health return due to unknown factors. So for those experienced players, which one work for you

PS: I want to ask this because my Eca just changed her equipments so her water damage bonus has gone up from 70% to 105% but there's no apparent increase in damage... I might need to buy a whole new set

I believe the dmg you put on the enemy is not afflected by the percentage of healing. The only things which will affect a better healing percentage is the HP you retrieve when you attack. So if you have a healing set you will get more HP from a blow than the actual amount of dmg you take.

Fleabag, Fleahopper and Fleeches are lifesteal skills, it's healing power is only affected by the damage you cause (enemy's %water resistance reduces the amount you drain) and by Flealine Army. But Flea Love is a healing spell, it gives 3 damages but it's not a lifesteal, it's a heal.

In other words: Flea Love gives the same heal independent of enemy's water resist, is affected by %heal and is NOT affected by Flealine Army (what i really don't like). It is also affected by %water attack, and ignores anything that reduces %atk.
