Are earth spells fixed now, or are they still random? Just wanted to know if I'm unlucky in getting the spell list to change, or if it's simply fixed now.

Well, I've been making new characters, and my earth spell list is still:
Heads or Tails
All In
Battle
All or Nothing
Three Cards

Anyone else has a different spell list?

They're fixed. (In the sense of "unchanging")

The old Gambling spells have been spread out between the Earth and Fire branches (with all the "card" spells being in Earth and all the "dice" spells being in Fire) rather than being a random selection in the Earth branch. Most of the "new" spells are the same as the old ones:

Jackpot and Lottery are pretty much gone, while Loaded Dice and Die Alright are new. Shi-Fu-Miaow and 421 have been renamed and slightly tweaked as Battle (using cards instead of Rock/Paper/Scissors, but still with the same odds of winning) and D-Six (which, in addition to being Fire instead of Earth, now includes a damage bonus in addition to being able to "roll again"). Roulette is now Dice Roulette but remains the same, other than the change in element.

And the old Air branch is completely gone.
