Power of Will
I had that crazy idea about making air eniripsa with willpower build, where i put all points in willpower to get 50% increased chance for every of my annoying effect such as Sleep or Madness.
I'm just unsure how it would work out... might suffer from lack of HP but imagine if i manage to put to sleep my enemies 6 times in a row! Epic, especially in group pvp. Feel free to comment ^^ |

You could also try Iop's rocknoceros skill along with willpower. No wp's used this way.

Does willpower increase the chance of those states? I thought it only ap and mp remove, gain chance.

Afaik, yes.1 WP = 0,5% chance of applying state. So at best, after spending all points from 100 levels, you can get +25% chance for states. I was thinking about boosting agi until 100 level and then willpower until 200.
Any experienced agi Eni knows, where you should put points? |

Maybe with the right equips and spending points on CH would be a good solution, since it raises a lot the chance to apply states.
