Is a Solo Eni Viable?
I seem to be dying a lot...can't kill anything when I get down to the surface world! Is a Eni meant to function solely as a healer, or is it actually viable to play one solo?

well as a solo eni the best thing u can do is this
Water- focus on healing and what not max out zombification first nothing else i have no idea why other people decide to go for absorbtion or expert healing you gotta think about yourself first D: now once that's maxed out then i can understand u going on to healer or w/e else so by lvl 20 with that maxed u can go and get a plassy / buzzard bow and go trolling on plants till 25 then go and hunt chafers till your bored or you feel the exp is kinda lame. Do note i personally have never played a water eni cause i dislike the idea of water just being a bunch of heal :| im a fire eni person which is alot more awsome imo :3 Fire Eni -Mark it up pretty much pure hp till i got 100 then went all int :3 max out massacurring mark first followed by absorbtion at 5 and max constitution set is pretty much straight forward gobbal set till 25 then u can swap if u want but i like having the extra 1ap so i can use 2marks at once. BUT yea to answer your question a solo eni is quite viable just think outside the box :3 and fyi why i prefer the fire eni mark at lvl20 max causes my enemy to do 20%of their max hp as dmg to all other enemy's around them and give 20% of that same hp to allies as hp and no not rebound so it dosen't lower its constant :3 and giving more ap / wp and rebirth marking sac with clinging to life is just freaking op and awsm xD This post has been edited by shadowphazion - February 06, 2012, 06:23:47. |

Maybe I wasn't specific. I'm level 3 and I cant kill ANYTHING. I'm getting killed by mobs the same level as me in the starting area because my spells do about 2 damage. It doesn't help that there is ZERO sense of direction in this game and I have no idea where I should be or what I should be doing to become more powerful. Where do I buy weapons?

err to be honest as a low lvl eni like that its kinda common to start off using the air/ fire tree to lvl up then around lvl 10/12 u start using the water tree but yea its kinda tedious jus go fire at a low lvl on wabbiits :3 make your last mark on them triad so u steal wp then go transcendence so u survive a full turn then spam skills last skill triad.
and weaps arent really gonna do you much till your lvl 15 atleast with plassy bow since it gives 2lvl to all water spells you have and incrreases water damage its best not to worry about it until then This post has been edited by shadowphazion - February 06, 2012, 16:52:05. Reason for edit : derp

Why you left incarnam so early?
Seriously i always trying to get as much spell levels as possible at wodents so i have unlocked all spells that i might need to use with a bit higher level for spells that i'm gonna use the most. That prepered i leave incarnam and rush to any chosen nation or i go underground in asturb for some adventure set hunting. And it doesnt matter what class i am playing i do the same all the time i start new char. |

Just my 2 cents. I think that going full chance on an eni is the way to go. It will be a pain in the ass to get started, but stick around Incarnam a bit longer. Wodents give enough exp for a few levels, so just keep at it. After that, you priority is to get a water based weapon. Piwi daggers will probably be the only way to go, but the 3AP cost is welcome. When you go into fights, focus on lvling your healing spells as well whenever you can. Just remember, this is a multi-player game, enis healing abilities will be in high demand later on. As you level, keep going for the best water damage weapon that's available. I'm assuming that a lot of the equips will be changed with the wipe, but try to plan ahead for them. In the end, your melee attacks will be very powerful, and in combination with your healing spells you should be well equipped to take on the world alone.

Water is pretty sweet with Eni's and as well as being able to give back a lot of points back into health, it'll do an even more damage with Zombification maxed up. In my opinion, Marks don't really need to be levelled up, but they are useful to use in battle if you use a lot of WP/MP/AP etc |
