As a fellow Brakmarian I can confirm this bug. Mobs only seem to spawn within the area of Brakmar Village, the areas around do not have any mobs (visible ones, that is) and none of the dungeons/teleports are working.

I am experiencing the same bug. I'm currently in Brakmar, not sure if the same is happening in other nations? I did see a few other Brakmarians asking around why they couldn't pass the bridge.
