Can't Log In From the yesterday patch I can connect no more to the game.

The updater works perfectly, it connect and get all the news. The client start correctly and load all the features. It shows also the video of the Foggernauts, but when i insert id and psw it keep saying "Connecting..." and, after something like 15min, it got back to the log in page saying "unable to connect (the server is not responding)".

Does Anyone have the same problem?

So restarting internet fixed your problem?

I tried many times but nothing seems to work...

Also the main problem is that there is no support for a problem like this in the support section of ankama...

It's quite irritating because we also payed for not being able to play...

I got the same problem, i sent a ticket yesterday with my log and still no answer, i got to send it like ''this server is not available to your community'' error. Guildmates told me that they had the same issue, and they solved it 2 or 3 days later. This issue may have something related to ''disconnect by inactivity'', after i got one i was not able to connect anymore.

hope they will resolve it quickly: now it's three days i cannot play and three wasted days of my subscription...

I can't log in either
This morning (05-09-2012) I was playing as always, but when I logged at 18.00 I got the same problem as described by -Redarion-

some problem to
infinite character log
at 8 am gmt
no 1 account can log a character

s****d ankama doesnt even have the balls to answer us! f*** you! do something about this were paying for your s****y service! do something!

I try to log in now but can't. Please fix.

It's strange: if I imput a wrong id, it tell me "error: wrong login\password" as normal, but if I imput the correct id but only the password is wrong, the "connecting..." screen runs indefinitely as explained in my post above.
(The same occurs if I imput the correct Id and Password)

There is a "reading password" problem perhaps?

EDIT: as described above, after 25/30min it got back to the log in page saying "disconnected from the server (the server is not responding)".

For me the problem is solved, thank you very much for your patience

Can't really seem to log in, after a few seconds of "Connecting..." it goes back to the log in screen

and an error appears saying "invalid login/password". This surely can't be right...login and

password are correct, I was really looking forward on playing today :'(

I have the problem with accesing the server , i start the game, input my username and password and the screen keeps telling me that its connecting , it stays like that long enaugh so i close the game window and start all over again , it keeps connecting ...what's going on ?

Seems they were working on server , laters the problem was solved , i dont know how :/

Well, despite the fact that i uninstalled it completely and re-installed it, I still can't play. I know my Login and Password are correct, but I keep getting this message saying "invalid login/password" after a few seconds of "Connecting..." and I have tried all the servers already to see if that was the case.
