Cannot Subscribe, Stuck on Account Validation Screen...

Cannot Subscribe I cannot subscribe for some reason... i am stuck on the account validation screen... i selected that i am from the UK and have entered my phone number as well as selected my secret question and answer.... then what?
I click on 'Confirm my Information' but nothing happens.... HELP!!

Why is no one responding to this!!?? I must be the only person with this problem!! Can someone help me out please!!

Yep. Same for me. I filled the forms but secret question... I cannot confirm it.

Same problem here. Its as if the form validation if failing as it won't submit the page, but theres no errors shown.

Just created a post about this, but same, having the exact same problem, they're useless at times.

been having this problem, STILL having this problem.
what do you want? pay for game
how to pay? chose payment method.
AHA! validate account on wakfu/dofus page? get lost creep, we dont want your stinking money....wah?

thing is. i have jumped every hoop.
i gave them my moblie and landline phone number (no ones ever rung the landline to check that i reside there, so whats the point in whining for it?)
i even enabled the Ankama shield. i was told to enable the shiled by someone local i know that allready plays the game.

the ankama side site has taken every number i gave it, ever password and even like the different versions i gave it of their damn secure password question and answer..(oh and for gods sake. stop with the useless choices. anyone these days can get your mothers name, your first make of car, your fave book or your first frigin school via FACEBOOK! you want a decent serutiy question, find something obscure.)

but half the time the wakfu/dofus site balks at my mobile and landline numbers.
anyone else have the same problem and also uses a internet provider that swaps your IP adress around from a few they chose for you? im with virgin media, the BF is with tiscali and thats the one thing i can think of that it dont like. because he has full avg and i have avast so it shouldnt be anti virus (and hes on win7 while im on old xp)

I also had this problem, I just noticed that if you leave the 'mobile' box blank and fill in your mobile number via Account Management the form will process and payments will be taken.

Let me know if this helps you guys at it just did me.

MaskedRawR i think you just hit the jackpot.
i left out the telephone numbers (both mobile and landline) and it seems to be processing.
will update on the prograss if/when i get to spend my ogrines hopefully this fixes the problem

you, sir/madam, get a big box of notch brand diamonds

am now the owner of some ogrines, will test and see if i can spend them ect.

it took the ogrines for a 1 month sub. testing in game now to see if im headed for more support or if im gona go get a hug emote

yep. i did the fastes thing i could think of...i dropped wood on the ground, and it dropped.
