Area to look for groups on forums

So "General Discussion" has just one topic where people are like "Oh post your IGN", but nobody uses other IGN's. They just post theirs and expect people to PM them when it never happens.
So how about a section where everybody posts exactly what they are looking for, and people post back saying "Oh pick me, I'm this and this".
That way, people can find exactly what class they're looking for.

Looking for Iop
Need an Iop for Gobball War Chief hunt, must hit 30's at least.
