Your abilities and specialties! -PLEASE READ First things first, I would like to announce I have thought long and hard about this thread and would love to hear your thoughts and reactions.

I have being pondering about our abilities and character specialties and here is my idea:

We all have made one or many mistakes with our ability points and would like to change them, wouldn't we? - But we can't...

Plus, we never really learned the path of our character first and choose what was 'good' for our character. However, we were wrong and recently heard we didn't need that and it would weaken our character.

So, without further-or-do here is my idea:

The creators of the game should add a button that wipes all of your ability and specialty points out and replace them with the points you would've earned if you saved them up. However, this could only be available to subscribers and can only be used once for that character. Either that or you could pay for the wipe (which many of you would disagree, but nothings for free nowadays!).

Oh but there is such button. It's called: Create new char.
Whats more it will not only wipe all your abilities and specialities points but also it will wipe your items and level! Additionally you can change your name! Fantastic!

Heh and to be serious:
There could be a way to restart your points but there are few conditions:
1.It must be reward from achievement that 1 character can do only once
2.This reward should not be tradeable
3.It should be never an boutique(shop)item, else it will be abused with money.

The point of this game is to build up your character with skills you want to use. Soon or later Ankama will add more lvls for us and this only means everybody will have their specialities maxed. Abilities are up to your choice and they are the only things that matter. Do some math or dont add points at all and learn some stuff before you finally decide where to put your points into. This can be hard for new players, wich is why reset-item should be available for 1 use. Maybe additionally only players that get lvl 100 should be allowed to use it. I am not sure about this but could be fine like that. Still i belive we will experience another reset when masqueraiders will be implemented. Basically ankama got more important things to do then this. I also belive they already know about this idea as it was mentioned before in other topics.

True, I am a recently new player and a have got attached to my guild and wouldn't like to make a new character. But you're completely right in what you're saying.
