Change the description on Guild Rank. I find the description on guild rank rather weird.

1: Member : No problem with it

2: Head Hunter : seriously?

3: Right Hand : Wheres the Left Hand?

Conclusion: It is very weird name for rank.

Why not go for a more familiar ranking name which is in order?

Or better still, let the guild founder able to name the rank for the guild.

Example:

Soldier > Lieutenant > Captain > Guild Master ( or Major )

Rook > Bishop > Knight > Guild Master ( or King )

End.

'Headhunter' refers to their granted ability to recruit new members to the guild (Hunting new 'heads). It's an informal term for employment recruiters in real life. See Dictionary.com

'Right Hand' is another informal term - it refers to a leader's 'second-in-command', one that the leader can count on to do everything for him (just like a man's right hand. No innuendo intended.) See FreeDictionary.com

I do like the suggestion about Guild Leaders being able to set their own ranking names though. It makes sense, since different guilds have different styles/atmospheres (particularly roleplaying guilds).
