Water enis aren't as useless as you guys presume, they just need more thought on placement and more +range to reach across the map.
I for one have raised a water eni alt and fortifying word now heals approximately 580hp for one cast in her current set so despite it's new WP cost it is still useful. I will never switch it's element and here's some tips to why you shouldn't either:
Invigorating is the new, improved fortifying word for all close-combat situations. If you want to, stat 1 in mp to gain 3mp to gain map movement for burst invigorating when more than one fighter is damaged. It is important to communicate in chat that you want people to stand next to each other for heals to work
Healing word is the best heal for it's range spell available for water enis, with it having 1 less range than renewing word. Use it when there is absolutely nothing else you can do.
Aim for +3range by using a makabra wand, statting 1 +ra and using 3 piece admiralhurl, royalty crown or full polar set.
Fortifying word is a back up spell for any serious situations (e.g. player at 400hp) for which you only need to use it once then follow up with healing or invigorating combo.
More than one water eni is not bad, it is actually really over-powered in most situations.
Revitalizing should only be used when 3/4 team-mates are in a cross formation or you ran out of mp (to use invig) other than that you will want to use invigorating word on any 2 team-mates together.
