We finally come back to you today with a new Dev Talk!
Here are the new questions we got answered by the devs.
What changes can we expect concerning the new Spell XP system?
The design of this new system is almost complete and we plan on communicating about it in the next days.
Why not allowing XP gain with craft workshops in the Haven-Bags?
This would indeed give them a renewed purpose and help the handyman profession. As much as we cannot allow XP gain in the Haven-Bag concerning harvesting due to the influence on the ecosystem, we don’t see anything wrong with allowing it for the workshops. We’re already thinking about implementing this feature.
Why isn’t it possible to place decoration items in the Crafting Haven Gems?
In fact, it’s not impossible. It’s just that so far there are no decoration items in game that can go in these Haven Gems. We plan on adding some in the future.
Would it be possible to consume a consumable item directly instead of having to click on your character each time?
It could be done and we find this idea pretty interesting, especially concerning “bread” consumables. We’re thinking about implementing it.
Would it be possible to place the Gemligem directly in the Gemlin interface?
This could happen but only in the long-term run. We’re actually thinking about implementing an inventory tab for pets only. This could therefore be used to store all items linked to your Gemlin.
We have logs when items are taken out of the guild chest, but not when they are placed in. This could be useful.
This was the original plan, but it was technically very “heavy”, and we had to give up on the idea. We would still like to find a solution in order to implement that into the game as soon as possible.
Summons damage bonus provided by some items doesn’t always apply to Osamodas summons. Is that intended?
No, it’s a bug, and it will be fixed.
My guild reached the level cap and was the first number 1 on the server. I’m concerned that we may lose this rank. Could you please explain how guilds are ranked when they reached the level cap?
In case of a tie between guilds, the one with the highest average character level becomes the first. If this is again a tie, we check for how long the guild was in this position. If the guild was the first one in this position, and the members are high level, you shouldn’t have any concerns about your rank.
