I think they should remove int, str, luck, chance and block(maybe if this give you a chance of block or return all damage would be useful).

Cap all the other stats, including hp, just change the amount of health gained per point depending on the class (melee classes need more hp than ranged), there's no point an eni full hp with just a few health points than a sacrier because of equips and spells, and imagine a eni with 17k hp with his % heal. This change can make more elaborate build, the actual build are all hp or save until lvl 30 put 1 point in AP, then all hp (few people are trying something different like critical, willpower or dodge). If all the stats are capped, for example to get hp max level need 30 levels, and depending the class you are playing you can get 200-600 hp plus the 5 hp p/lvl.

About the elemental damage and resist, this would be increased with spells and equips.
