My aim was to get transposition to rank 9 at level 96... still some week away from reaching that goal(level 84 atm but don't have an abundance of time) but I've been looking forward to the transposition without the Line-of-Sight restriction since I started out.

Perhaps it might be just as well to not experience the joy of it, but it's a downer :/
Will it be compensated with extra range? Most likely not seeing as attraction's being downgraded too.

I was on when it was considered night time for Wakfu.. and couldn't find one despite hours of searching... Fun stuff.
I looked in several towns during night time where I usually see them, but still couldn't find one.
This was last night when it wasn't that many online, so doubt it was due to others killing them first unless the respawn timer is very slow.

Do some easy challenges in perhaps areas lower level than yourself (not all requires fighting) and do some profession training inbetween.
This is of course while you actively look for party members.

I'd recommend joining a guild with active members too.

In other words: This could be solved by raising the minimum amount of Ogrines for sale.

I'm hoping they have a plan.
Such as distribute 10% of your character's total experience to your spells.
That way no one will have less than another, but they shouldn't limit everyone now without implementing the rest of the new system.
Maybe they just don't want people to spend time on something they'll lose anyway in the near future.
I'd prefer the old system though.

It also seem to affect Makab items and the guild experience gain, not sure what they were thinking there.

I'm not talking about adding levels to the spells.
Thought I made it clear I'm talking about two different distinct levels, the character level and the spell level.

Characters
  • Characters no longer receive spell experience when they reached the character level cap

Troyle, I think there's a confusion by how this sentence is phrased.
Is it when a spell reaches the level cap(100) or when a character reaches the level cap(105) spells no longer receive experience?

Right now it sounds like you will be unable to reach the spell's level cap if your character becomes level 105.

So Troyle, which is it?
Does a spell stop gaining exp when the spell reaches level 100?
or
Does all spells stop gaining exp when a character reaches level 105?

But don't assault have a 3 square range? Meaning that it does max damage paired with MS.

If you're lucky you can get max damage once since after the turn is done the opponent will more often than not stand in the square next to you.

To risk of walking away for more damage is not worth it since you'll lose a whole turn if you fail, so all you can do is Motion Sickness, Assault and then use up the remaining AP/MP for some more Motion Sickness in the opponents back for bonus damage. Using Assault twice would be a complete waste of AP.

Motion Sickness is the most reliable spell an Air Sacrier has at the moment.
Maybe if they switched the AP cost of Motion Sickness with Sacrier's Fist, that would be something.

Well, it's actually the modifier on "Motion Sickness" paired with Assault.
You see, the further away (up to 3 squares) you move your opponent the more damage it does.

Hopefully they'll notice this folly and correct it with the patch after this one.

If they removed the distance modifier on Assault so it did max damage all the time (3 squares) I could live with it, but it would still be bad.

Not sure if it will feel worth playing an Air Sac with this patch, will find out pretty soon.
