You are wrong.
You need to be level 35 to HARVEST the seeds, but you can USE the seeds at lvl 25. |

Yes list is kinda bugged because now 'younger' monsters from different family require lower trapper for harvest - the numbers in skill equal to 'oldest' one from family.
