Bugged Guild wanna help from Ankama Team ( Troyle HELP US! ) Hello guys, today I wanna report an embarrassing bug, yesterday as some of you already knows happened some problems to select the characters in the accounts, today the members of my Guild Checkmate are having a lot of problems such as:
. We are without a Nation.
. We cannot see the chat ( any of them ).
. We cannot see our Guild page.
. In the Interface says that we are without a Guild but our Guild appears in the ladder .
. We cannot see the Politics page.
. Our Life is 0 ( zero ).
. Our Citizenship Points is 0 ( zero ).
. My character is without his Governor Crown but he is still in the Govern.


Below you can check everything that I said before.













I hope someone help us to fix this problem.

Look for my char, with visual bug and without nation, guild, just private chat appears, we need some help Ankama, plis!!!

well i will stop play because i don't know when u will fix this, and i think its going to take long, i saved on zinit, now i die and back to zinit, I can't back to brakmar or anyplace else, since it says i don't belong to any nation, when i talk to Ullu, just tell me to back to astrub, i choose to back to astrub, and nothing happens...

and yes, i loose 2 days of p2p, thank you very much ankama

Could one of you please tell me how many members your guild exactly counts?

Joker when I look at you you have your Crown (its also says you are the governor) and I can see that you are part of Checkmate.

Hi Troyle, I'm one of the guild leaders, and in the moment we can't see our guild page, so, I don't know exactly how many members we have, but the last time i saw was at around 410 or more.

Yes friend, that bug is just for the players inside, we can see the others members perfectly, without bug, but our personal account appears with them

There seem to be an issue with highly populated guilds.
Basically, up to 418 members, everything works fine, but as soon as you recruit a 419th member, your guild might experience the issues you are describing (we had a similar case with the Spanish Community).

The devs have been informed, and are working on it.


Until then, to avoid this issue you will have to remove members of the guild, and get back below 418.

To do so, I was told that if only 1 member of your guild logs in (all other members have to be offline then), he should be able to access the guild interface.

I'm glad for your help Troyle but the problem is exactly that, we can't open the Guild Interface, that means we can't remove anyone to come back to 418 members, but I'll try something here.

ps: We deleted some alts in the Guild and it seems that the problem was fixed

I actually made a mistake in my previous post, I meant that all characters had to be offline except for one.

What I'd suggest you to do now is to create another guild for your alts, until we can get the problem solved.

i Delete one char low level who was in the guild in my select chars, solved problem XD ty again Troyle
