How to report a bug?
Since I know that you’re all eager to help us improve the game, I wanted to provide you with a clear bug report process that should help all of us making sure that everything gets reported appropriately.
To do so you only need to create a file, with the Bug Report button available in game, and send it to the Ankama Support.
Don’t forget to attach this file to your ticket, as it contains a lot of information that will help our support identifying the issue.
In order to simplify tickets handling, please make sure to send your message in the category fitting best to the issue, and be as precise as possible when describing it.
Please note that support will only come back to you if your report was not complete enough. Therefore, not receiving an answer does not mean that your report was not taken into account.
A golden rule: one bug per thread and one thread per bug! This makes everything easier for us to process.
In order to make it clearer and more efficient, we ask you to use the following structure when reporting a bug.
Thread title: Must be clear, short and summarize the bug in a few words. If linked to a specific spell, state the exact name of the spell. If linked to a class, state the name of the class, etc…
Character name: Name of the character that experienced the issue
Ankama display name: The one that can be seen on the forums (the character that experienced the bug must be on this account).
Date and time: The more precise, the easier for us it will be to track down the bug.
Map: Where the issue was experienced. This can be useful for us with blocking bugs as environment or specific monsters can be involved.
Bug description: Please make it short, precise and constructive.
Reproducibility process: Explain the steps to follow to reproduce the bug.
Here is a template you can use for your bug reports:
