Zinit to Win It Blibli Hair Bug -Work Around-
Hull O'Kitty is not taking astrubian blibli hairs after the last patch. Also I tried other characters and confirmed that other are not able to give blibli hairs either.
In short Zinit is blocked for the moment, for those didn't go there before latest hotfix.
Oh, it can be worked around by giving astrubian blibli leather instead. Still name is misleading and it needs to be fixed.
