Tick/tock state
There is random chance that tick/tock state not active in entire battle, althought i raised that skill max lvl.
Maybe when party with eni and has a lot of passive effect. |

Tick/tock state happens not matter what I think.. Its one turn tick, the other tock, the other tick, etc..

The bug is that it's not active in entire battle, either tick or tock.
The details i already said above. |
