14 Haven Gems disappeared I was going to enter my Haven Bag and it was supposed to have 18 Haven Gems with plenty of items on each gem. But when I go inside I found only 4 Haven Gems and no indication at all that I had ever owned 18 of them. All the items connected to the missing gems were also lost, and the kamas in my inventory.

Steps taken before this happened:

1. I logged into my account while it was inside the Haven Bag in Crusty Road, and all gems and items were still present, no issues found.
2. I ran across Fertile Prairies to meet with my other character. I meant to change the other character's equipment so I opened up a trade between the two characters. The other one had been given compensation gifts from you and I was curious about some of them, so I included one in the trade. The items that were successfully traded from my other character to Zanwee were: Boowolf Purse, Blue Goo Breastplate, Blue Googulet, Blue Gooring (resist), Blue Gooring (damage), Blue Piwi Claw Slippers, Blue Piwi Belt, Blue Piwat, Blue Capiwin.
3. After the trade Zanwee entered her Haven Bag to get something from the display windows, but now 14 gems and its items were missing, together with more than 1000 kamas that she had in her inventory. The Haven Gem management window (where you place your gems) can not be closed after it has been opened, and the sales history no longer has any entries except for one sale today (there should be hundreds of sales).

And most of those display windows were stuffed with items that I can't remember the quantity of.

This bug MIGHT be related to what happened to me in the mines yesterday. I opened my Haven Bag in the mines to get some items, and then I went outside to the world's surface to fight some Prespic monsters. When I later tried to enter my Haven Bag I ended up back in the mines again, without getting inside my bag. I solved this issue by running to 5th Bond Avenue and using the Zaap to go to Crusty Road, where I successfully entered my Haven Bag and then logged out. This happened approximately 10 hours before my items disappeared, during which I was not online.

PS: I would like to add that I have restarted the client several times to see if this solved the issue. It did not. I logged into the account on a friend's client, to make sure the issue was not in my local character preferences, and this did not solve the problem either.

UPDATE

Great. With the 0.310 update, my Haven Bag has now been completely cleared out. It's been restored to the state of a completely new Haven Bag. 1 yellow merchant gem, 1 empty 3-slot display case, no sales history, so remembered permissions, etc.

That's 17 gems completely removed, including 8 merch gems filled with almost filled 10-slot tables.

I'll consider this reset a necessary evil, and be thankful that my Haven Bag has been restored to a functionable state (I can finally add new gems into the empty spots). I do, however, wish to be compensated with the gems that I lost, which is 7 yellow Merchant gems, 4 red Deco gems, 4 green Garden gems, and 2 blue Craft gems. Getting my 2,000 kamas back wouldn't hurt either (1,000 last time, 1,000 again today).
