Rattagain set is still bugged its ridiculous!...

Croback set seems to have something going on. Of the four, I have the breastplate, belt and lastly added on the ring in combination with my other set. I get the bonuses for 2 pieces. When it comes to the 3 piece bonus however, I DO NOT seem to be getting the 15% Air damage. I get the crits and lock, but NOT the Air damage....
