Wow! It is great to hear that!
That should encourage community members to join the translation project and polish it to perfection.

But I guess all of us would like to hear about another connected issue of great importance to the players of Slavic descent.
Can you please tell us if there are currently any plans of adding Cyrillic font to the official client, so that people from Russia, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine and many more countries can get the ability to write in their native tongue in-game?

Currently we are forced to use transliteration and letters of Latin alphabet. And that is a pain to write and read in - try imagining using Greek letters (or their combinations that represent same or close enough sounds) to write in English. Blows your mind, huh?

Russian fonts can be added easily by the mod made by those great guys from the community, but the mod has to be installed not only to make it possible to use Cyrillic, but to see it also. That makes a problem quite obvious - if someone doesn't have it installed he or she can't see messages in Cyrillic (in unpatched client you get only blanks instead) and it's pretty much impossible to force everyone in the community (it is not homogenous, you know) to install the mod.

In Dofus there is a built in support for Cyrillic fonts and it's pretty surprising that Wakfu lacks that seemingly minor but important feature.

Adding fonts would be a brilliant gesture of goodwill we all expect from Ankama.

Don't relax! We NEED Russian fonts in the game. The translation can wait. And, by the way, rouges and masquarades are gone? Or we'll see them one day?

+ 1 from another russian speaking player.

But along with this we have only one request - do not give the game for the localization for other russian companies as "Mail.ru". We already have an example of disgusting localization of the game "Dofus". Most of the Russian players will not play at similar localization, they will continue play at international servers. If you plan to enter support of the Russian language, then it should only be from your own company.

With best regards, Lyao, "Remington" server.

Please, just publish Wakfu at Russia by yourself. Mail.ru is bad publisher . Look at the World of Warcraft - they published without any Russian publisher and feeling good. Or for example - Ubisoft settlers online. You don't need any Russian publisher. Or Alaplay S4 League and many others ^^
It's not problem to promote Wakfu (just find popular portals like gamer.ru/rutracker.ru) and payments (integrate Webmoney, creditcards, SMS).
