Lost account So, my brother lost his account right after the password reset issue.
I think his pw got reset but he received no e-mail notice what so ever, neither can he solve it with the recovery thing.
What can be done?

PS: He's not really pissed about loosing his gear n shit, he's just angry cuz' he lost his character name lol.

Hmm he never received an email? Did you doublecheck the spam folder? What happens when he uses the recovery - does everything work out fine or is the site broken?
The character name is not gone forever. If he waits until the next server wipe he'll be able to use it again.

yes true, he'll have to w8 for the next wipe.
The recovery page isn't broken, it recognizes the username and sends out an email, but the email never arrives, nor in spam neither in inbox, bit odd.
