Tofukaze prize I threw the one beginner tofu i had at random square on the grid and it turns out i won a deco gem kind of item. I logged on to my account to claim it, but it wasn't there.

Not sure which step to take, as i'd really like to get my hands on my gift. Honestly I can't figure out the ankama support page at all. So hoped, you, the kind forum posters/lurkers would be so kind as to help me with my problem.

You probably have done this already, but for the record, I should ask: Have you looked through all the pages of your gift menu, and not seen it on any of them?
